Essential Qualification :-A recognized Degree preferably a Post Graduade Degree in Arts , Commerce , or Statistics or Personal management with at least 10 years of practical experience in Government Organization or a Commercial Undertaking of repute . Degree qualification and age is relaxable in the case of specially experienced candidates with a minimum Practical experience of 12 years in a Commercial Undertaking of repute . Degree in Law will be an added qualification

Scale of pay :- 13000 -350-18250(Rs 5.10 lakhs per annum)
Age : Not Exceeding 45 Years

Other Benifits :- In additional to Pay , HRA other fringe benefits like LTC , Gratuity , Leave Encashment , Medical Facilities , Conveyance reimbursement etc . are admissible as per Rules of the Corporation . Pay scales are likely to be revised w.e.f 1/1/2007 .

3. Company Secretary-cum-Manager (Finance) :- 01 Post for HQ at Delhi It is a middle management position . The incumbent shall be responsible for all Board matters and any additional job can be assigned to him / her by the Management from time to time .

Essential Qualification :-Company Secretary Degree from Institute of Company Secretaries of India with at least 5 years of experience (out of which at least 3 years experience as Company Secretary in reputed concern ) . Degree from the Institute of Chartered Accountants / Institute of Cost and Works Accountants / CAIIB/Degree in Law be given preference.
